R.I.M.A.C. is a team of rail professionals with a long term background and vast experience in the Rail industry. Barry Dickerson founded R.I.M.A.C.  Pty Ltd.  and began his rail career as a station assistant and then as a skilled labourer moving quickly through the ranks in Civil Infrastructure.  Barry has extensive experience in both rural and metropolitan rail with a vast knowledge of geographical and environmental influences, with an uncanny ability to seek and append the right person to the right job. As R.I.M.A.C.'s  C.E.O. and Operations Manager Barry is able to have an impacting and constant real affect on the day to day operations of both R.I.M.A.C. and our client's projects.  

Luke Dickerson is the Safeworking Co-ordinator. Luke brings a growing experience of both track  and co-ordination experience. Luke is a  a qualified Protection Officer Level 3, Hand Signaller Level 2, and TMO.  Luke is also responsible for delivering R.I.M.A.C. inductions, and organising training. He is able to "talk the talk and walk the walk".
